Ms. Ganem brings more than 12 years of extensive experience in financial leadership, commercial lending, and portfolio management. She has established a strong reputation for excellence in financial analysis, risk management, and operational oversight, with deep expertise in commercial and commercial real estate portfolios. Prior to joining River Oaks Ms. Ganem served as Assistant Vice President, Business Services Portfolio Manager at Nusenda Federal Credit Union. In this capacity, she oversaw a complex commercial loan portfolio, ensured regulatory compliance, directed portfolio risk assessments, and provided strategic insights to senior leadership to support key financial decisions.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Ganem held the role of Vice President, Underwriting Manager at Western Heritage Bank, where she led commercial underwriting operations, managed credit risk, and collaborated closely with executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational objectives. Ms. Ganem holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science from New Mexico State University.
